Powerful presentations engage, entertain, and communicate. Whether you present to an unseen broadcast audience, to people in an auditorium, to a small group, or even one on one, the effectiveness of your presentation depends on how well you present yourself and you message.
Even Tiger Woods has a coach and yes, Toastmasters World Champion Speakers like Craig Valentine (1999) and Darren LaCroix (2001) also have coaches to keep improving their skills.
A recent study reported that in our hyper-connected world, we are exposed to over 30,000 marketing messages a day! That is beyond the capacity of the brain to absorb, so most of these messages get shut out or ignored.
So many things and people compete for our attention, that if you want to get noticed, remembered, supported, or paid, you have got to improve your presentation skills.
Coaching Gets You There Faster!
Here is how I can help. I am a bilingual professional speaker and a bestselling author, in English and Japanese. I get paid to speak and write, and have spoken professionally in 8 countries (Japan, Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, United States, England, and South Africa). I've been on television in 3 of them. I am certified as a Master Trainer in Guerrilla Marketing, and have been speaking professionally for over 30 years.
And I have sought out and continue to be coached by some of the top professional speakers and marketers in the world, including two Toastmasters World Champions, the founder and leading coach in Guerrilla Marketing, leading authorities on blogging and online personal branding, and the founder of one of the world's largest and fastest growing Entrepreneur organizations, and decades of training with world class Aikido masters.
The hardest thing is finding your voice, your style, your magic, and gaining experience with stage time.
I started this blog in an effort to share the knowledge and tools that have come from this career. However, I have found that the greatest progress comes not from reading, but from practice with top level coaching.
